BARN 30 – Kompaktes und funktionales Haus mit einem großzügigen Wohnbereich und einem Loft.

Es gibt zwei mögliche Layout-Optionen, je nach Ihren Bedürfnissen:

1) Studio-Typ – Schlafzimmer im Loft und die Möglichkeit, ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer zu platzieren.
2) Mit separatem Schlafzimmer – zusätzliches Schlafzimmer und Loft.

Dieses Haus ist warm, langlebig und vielseitig einsetzbar – ideal für Familienurlaube, Camping, Ferienhäuser oder sogar als dauerhaftes Wohnhaus.

Was ist im Projekt enthalten:

- Innenausbau – Funktionale und ästhetische Ausstattung aus natürlichem Holz oder langlebigem MDF-Material.
- Fassadenverkleidung – Verfügbar in skandinavischem Holz, Verbundmaterial (WPC) oder Metall.
- Voll ausgestattete Küche – Moderne Küche mit Bosch-Geräten (Kühlschrank, Herd, Dunstabzug). Eine Spülmaschine kann eingebaut werden.
- Voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer – Walk-in-Dusche, eingebautes WC, Waschbecken und Boiler für mehr Komfort im Alltag.
- Loft mit Treppe zum Obergeschoss – Zusätzlicher Raum für flexible Nutzung.
- Balkontüren – Mit der Möglichkeit, eine Terrasse anzubauen.
- Lüftungssystem mit Wärmerückgewinnung – sorgt für Energieeffizienz und frische Luft.
- Luft-Luft-Wärmepumpe – Kostengünstige Lösung für Heizung und Kühlung, mit der Option auf Fußbodenheizung.

- Fully equipped bathroom – Walk-in shower, built-in toilet, sink, and boiler for everyday comfort.
- Loft with stairs to the upper floor – Additional space for flexible use.
- Balcony doors – With the option to build a terrace.
- Ventilation system with heat recovery – Ensures energy efficiency and fresh air.
